Exposedaggregate.jpg

Exposed aggregate concrete is especially costly to replace.
Now you can raise it instead!

  • We raise ANYTHING CONCRETE!
  • Sidewalks
  • Steps/Stoops
  • Pool Decks
  • Patios
  • Garage Aprons
  • Curbs
  • Concrete Driveways
  • Garage, Basement, & Warehouse Floors
  • If it's concrete, we raise it!

Sandjacking™is a PATENTED, trademarked, innovative process used for lifting settled or uneven concrete and for filling voids beneath the concrete, even if no settling has occurred.  Advanced Sandjacking™ is the only Twin Cities Metro contractor licensed to use it. We use patented braces, hydraulics, and air pressure to "lift the concrete," while filling the entire cavity underneath with dry sand, USUALLY without drilling unsightly holes in your concrete.

In situations where we DO need to drill holes, they are only 1/2" - 1" in diameter, as opposed to 1-1/2" - 2" holes required for mud-jacking.
Because our sand has less than a 2% moisture content, there is NO EVAPORATION, resulting in a more permanent solution than water-based mud-jacking. We are also able to provide a BETTER WARRANTY because the possibility of future settling is greatly reduced.
