feet beyond the building foundation wall, and is covered by a parking lot, patios, and gardens

Leaks in the middle of the ceiling, at the pre-stress plank joint,
caused water stains in the below-grade garage.

Water leaks caused staining on the interior wall surfaces of the below-grade
garage.

PROBLEMS UNCOVERED DURING EXCAVATION . . . .

Untreated plywood post support.

Drain tile covered with mud.

Improper flashing and waterproofing.

Removal of asphalt driveway, sidewalk, curb, plantings, fence,
and patios. Excavation down to the footings along the entire perimeter of the structure.

Simultaneous removal and replacement of waterproofing and
insulation materials.
