TYPES OF DRAIN TILE.

Address moisture problems BEFORE finishing your basement.

While an interior drain tile system will manage water once it gets through your foundation, an exterior drain tile system will prevent water from ever getting in at all, period.

By excavating around the exterior perimeter of your home or business, we can completely waterproof the foundation walls and install a drain tile system, guaranteed to keep your basement dry.

We have the skills and expertise needed to complete the job from start to finish.
We can remove and replace landscaping, asphalt, decks, sidewalks, fencing --- whatever is necessary to complete the repair.
No need to hire other contractors or deal with the hassle of juggling schedules.

By following these important steps, we are able to provide up to 30-YEAR transferrable warranties!

3. Insulation over dimpled drainage sheeting

1.  We excavate down to the footing; then we clean, inspect, and repair the foundation walls prior to waterproofing.

2.  A dimpled drainage sheeting is applied to the foundation walls, and extended down into the drain tile system.

3.  Insulation is applied over the dimpled drainage sheeting.

5. The "burrito-wrap" system

4.  Drain tile is installed using the "burrito-wrap" system.  A drainage fabric liner is placed beneath the perforated drain tile.  The drain tile is then covered with washed rock and "wrapped" with drainage fabric.  This is essential to prevent silting, which will eventually clog the drain tile.

TIP:  If plantings are to be done in the back-filled area, we recommend waiting one year to allow the soils to settle more completely.  Additional fill may need to be added as soils settle over time.

Always courteous and professional!
